When you open a large amount of windows / software, you may become short in desktop heap...
HKLM\SYSTEM\currentcontrolSet\control\Session Manager\SubSystems
Open the windows Key.
change the 2nd number of SharedSection, from 3072 to 4096 or even 8192
Reboot!
